Pullman developed this kit specifically for improvement of quality and workflow in espressobars. Especially for bars with multiple baristas and tamping techniques, the TampSure is the answer to your consistency problems. The TampSure is not designed to be adjusted coffee to coffee. The simplicity and beauty of this tool is that it is a mechanism that only needs to be adjusted when a new coffee is dialled in.

Dose control

With correct and accurate dose control, each extraction is tamped to the same depth every time, no matter how much pressure is applied, resulting in consistent and repeatable quality coffee.

Less physical effort required to tamp properly with the aim of decreasing RSI related injuries and muscular strains to the barista.

The ease of use results in a better and more efficient workflow. During peak hours, it is very easy to deliver the same cup quality. Adjustable adaptors sets available to allow for differing head room according to the density of coffee you are using (8-13mm)

Installation TampSure Kit

Dial in your coffee. Tamp as per normal and measure the distance from the top of the basket to the top of the tamped grounds. Choose 1 mm either side to allow for marginal changes in the coffee.
