Baratza builds coffee grinders that are the benchmark for home baristas worldwide: sturdy, quiet and easy to maintain yourself. We test every grinder in our roastery, so our advice comes from experience, not from a spec sheet. The Baratza Encore is the entry-level model for filter coffee. The Baratza Encore ESP grinds fine enough for espresso and switches back to filter just as easily. The Baratza Encore ESP Pro is steplessly adjustable, with no fixed click settings, so you can dial in the grind for espresso down to the finest detail. Alongside these we carry the Virtuoso, a solid entry-level grinder for filter coffee, the Vario, whose Vario W version has a built-in scale, and the Sette, a grinder known for its grind quality.

At Blommers we follow coffee from the source to the cup. We work directly with farmers who know what they are doing and roast in a way that keeps the original flavour intact.
