Hybrid x Manual Control

With this grinder, you'll be able to grind manually, but by utilizing the EVO grinder with a Lithium Ion Battery cell, a 7.4V Motor and USB-C charging, Varia has created a powerful, lightweight and reliable electric grinder. Grinding at 80RPM the battery is built to last and will even grind for espresso. This grinder is more than capable of dealing with different grind settings (from very fine espresso to course pour overs) at different roast levels. If you need a really fine grind size of a light roast coffee, then you can still use your hand crank to power through! 

Ultra precise adjustment

At its core, the Varia EVO Grinder embodies exceptional consistency and efficiency, seamlessly transitioning between manual crank and power modes. With its micro stepped adjustment, offering over 140 steps of precision (10 microns each), it effortlessly handles a wide range of grind sizes. To enhance functionality and stability, our grinder also incorporates a dual ball bearing drive assembly, providing an ultra-smooth grinding experience.
