Automatic presets with customizable options

Thanks to 6 unique preparation modes, you can enjoy perfect, balanced coffee exactly as you like it. Some preset modes are Gold, Fast, Strong, Iced and Cold Brew. You can adjust the development time, flow and cooking temperature to fine-tune the taste. With the optional adapter you can also use your favorite coffee filter holder such as a Hario V60 or Kalita Wave Dripper.

Precise and adjustable temperature control

For delicious coffee, temperature, flow and contact time must be precisely controlled. 1. PID control: adjustable and precise digital temperature control provides superior coffee 2. Pump: 3 different flow rates to optimize contact time 3. Heating system with thermo coil: the coil provides purer water than other brewing systems using aluminum.

Gold cup standard

In the Gold Cup preset, the Sage Precision Brewer Glass automatically adjusts the water temperature and cooking time to meet SCA standards.

Small cup detection and automatic steep & release technology

Sage's Steep & Release valve (patent pending) automatically ensures that the water maintains contact with the coffee when a small amount is brewed without the carafe on the appliance.

My Brew setting

This allows you to adjust all parameters, such as development time, temperature and flow rate, to the specific coffee you use, whether it has a floral, fruity or earthy character.
