Blommers started in 2013 with a simple idea: coffee the way it was meant to be, for anyone willing to pay attention. Since then we have been selecting, roasting and sharing coffees that have something worth saying. Every choice we make, from how we roast to who we work with, comes back to the same starting point. We know exactly where our coffee comes from. We buy directly from farmers who know what they are doing, we roast in a way that keeps the original flavour intact, and we work with businesses that want to understand what they are serving. No middlemen who add cost but not quality. No roasting to hide flaws. No vague claims about sustainability. Just coffee the way it was meant to be, and the knowledge to back it up.
