Blommers Coffee Roasters is now the official Dutch distributor of Wendougee espresso machines. We chose Wendougee for a concrete reason: their machines solve problems we deal with every day, both at home and in hospitality.

Why Wendougee

We roast light coffees. They taste good, but require more precision when brewing than a classic 9-bar machine offers. With Wendougee you control pressure and flow yourself. That control over extraction makes it easier to pull a balanced shot, with both light and medium roasts.

For home users

The Lita BA, the Lita LA and the Data S are suitable for home baristas who want more control without turning their kitchen into a laboratory. They connect with a Bluetooth scale and the Wendougee Milo Play grinder. Grind settings are saved per coffee. Switch beans and the grinder automatically adjusts to the right grind size. No guesswork.

For hospitality

Many machines we install cost 10,000 euros or more. That is a difficult starting point for new business owners. Cheaper options often have limitations and second-hand machines require maintenance.

The Wendougee Sdragon sits right in between. Around 5,500 euros excl. VAT, with the control you need for a busy bar. Temperature, volume, pre-infusion, cleaning programmes and shot times are easy to set and adjust. The design fits a specialty environment without being overdone.

Combined with the Wendougee Ares grinder the setup becomes smarter. The grinder sets the grind size digitally in microns. Via the linkage module the grinder communicates with the machine and automatically adjusts the grind setting if the shot time deviates from the desired result. Wifi updates ensure it keeps improving over time.
