We have good news. Blommers Coffee Roasters is now the official Dutch distributor for Wendougee espressomachines. We chose Wendougee for one simple reason. Their machines solve problems we deal with every day, both at home and in the horeca.

Why these machines matter

We roast lighter coffees. They taste great, but they are harder to pull on a classic 9 bar machine. You need to grind very fine, which can lead to channeling and a shot that feels sharp instead of sweet. With Wendougee machines, you can control pressure and flow. That control makes it much easier to get a balanced shot from light and medium roasts.

For home users

The Lita BA and the Data S are perfect for home baristas who want more control without turning their kitchen into a lab. They are compact, strong, and easy to work with.

They also connect to a Bluetooth scale and the Wendougee Milo Play grinder. You can save your grind settings for each coffee. When you switch beans, you hit one button and the grinder adjusts to the right fineness. No guessing. No fiddling.

For the horeca

In the horeca we had a gap. Many of the machines we install cost 10.000 euro or more. That is a tough start for new owners. The cheaper options often come with limits or high maintenance.

The Wendougee Sdragon fits right in the middle. It lands around 5000 euro and still offers the control you need for a busy bar. Temperature, cleaning cycles, shot times, all easy to check and adjust. It looks clean and fits a specialty setting without trying too hard.
