42mm Conical Burrset

At the heart of the grinder is a 42 mm conical burr set, which is a significant upgrade over the previous 38 mm design. These larger stainless steel burrs increase the grinding surface and create a longer grinding path, which results in faster, more consistent grinding, better particle distribution and improved flavour clarity in the cup.

Intuitive and versatile

With a 30 g hopper and 25 g catch cup, the C5 PRO easily handles enough coffee for one or two brews. The redesigned adjustment system offers clear, tactile clicks and is intuitive to use: one full rotation covers the entire grind range, making it easy to move between different filter recipes. Each click adjusts the grind size by 0.031 mm, with 48 settings per rotation, providing precise yet practical control for pour-over brewing.

The grinder body is built using a metal unibody construction, ensuring rigidity, durability, and stable alignment of the burrs over time. A silicone base adds grip during grinding, keeping the grinder steady.
