Brewing modes

Select Brew and the machine takes care of the rest. From heating to extraction, it handles everything with precise control over temperature and time, so every cup is balanced, nuanced, and consistently great. Whether you’re half-asleep in the morning or making coffee for guests

The Custom Brew mode is where this machine really opens up. You can fine-tune every step of the brew process such as bloom volume, bloom time, brew temperature, flow rate, and save your exact profile for next time. It’s an easy way to match the brew style to your favourite coffees.

New cold brew feature

Cold brew used to mean waiting overnight. Not anymore. The Luxe Brewer features a dedicated Cold Brew setting that extracts at a higher concentration which is perfect for pouring over ice, mixing into cocktails, or creating a smooth base for your favourite cold coffee drinks. Depending on your water volume, it’s ready in as little as 30 minutes.

Keeping it hot 

The included dual-wall thermal carafe keeps your coffee hot for up to 4 hours above 65°C, without the need for a hotplate (which tends to degrade flavour). That means you get a fresh-tasting cup long after brewing.

Convenience in every detail

With the delayed start function, you can program the machine to start brewing anytime in the next 24 hours. Wake up to freshly brewed coffee, or set it to be ready after a meeting.

The 1.8L removable water tank is large enough for 12 cups and easy to fill thanks to its wide-lid design; no splash-back, no awkward angles. It comes with an integrated ClaroSwiss water filter to improve water quality and extend the life of your machine.

Two different filter baskets
