Sage - The Dual Boiler (Brushed Stainless Steel)
For coffee connoisseurs who want to control the entire espresso process, from bean to cup. The heart of this appliance is a heating system with two stainless steel boilers. The espresso boiler, which provides the espresso extraction, has PID temperature control. A separate steam boiler ensures direct, powerful steam formation at any time. This gives you an extraction with the right temperature for an optimal taste and meanwhile you can froth your milk professionally.
The favorite among the baristas
The professionals have spoken. When asked what he thought of the Dual Boiler, Australian barista champion Craig Simon said 'Ridiculously good. 24.5 out of 25.'
Accurate and easy to repeat extraction
The stainless steel double boilers and heated brew group with digital temperature control (PID) ensure that the water reaches exactly the right temperature (+/- 1 degrees Celsius) to get the best possible taste, cup after cup.
Milk texturing with microfoam
The steam nozzle with separate boiler, just like commercial appliances, provides the micro-foam texture that enhances the taste of the coffee and is indispensable for latte art.
For easy programming and a shot timer during extraction.
Choose between one or two shots or manually determine how much espresso goes into your cup for the perfect dose, time after time.

Triple heating system
1. Special steam boiler with integrated heat exchanger for a stable temperature.
Pressure relief valve
This commercial function limits the pressure during extraction to 15 bar to prevent the coffee from tasting bitter.
With the double Italian pump of 15 bar you can make milk textures and espresso at the same time.
Gradually increases water pressure so that the coffee expands slowly for even extraction.
The espresso shot clock displays the extraction duration as a guide for consistent extraction.
