The Ascaso UNO PID is a compact yet powerful espresso machine designed for the home barista who wants full control over their espresso.

With the PID temperature control, you can set the brewing temperature with 1°C precision. Combined with the programmable pre-infusion (0–5 sec) and adjustable pump pressure, you can perfectly dial in every espresso to match the coffee you are using.

The insulated Ascaso thermoblock heats up very quickly and ensures a stable brewing temperature while reducing energy consumption. Thanks to the insulation, an electronic cup warmer is integrated into the top panel.

The machine features a Ø58 mm stainless steel portafilter with an ergonomic walnut wooden handle.

With programmable dosing for 1 or 2 cups, an espresso shot timer, manometer, and adjustable pump pressure, the home barista has full control over the extraction process.

The cool-touch steam wand with a 1-hole steam tip rotates 360° and is perfect for creating silky microfoam for cappuccino and latte.
