An organic chai made from black tea and spices: cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, pepper, star anise, nutmeg, cloves and a pinch of cayenne. Minor Figures slow-brews the tea and spices in-house in East London. The result is a sweet, spiced base that turns into a chai latte with no fuss.

The ratio is simple: one part concentrate to four parts oat milk. Minor Figures recommends its own Barista Oat. Steam the mix with the steam wand for a hot chai latte, or pour it over ice. Because you keep to the same ratio, every chai latte tastes the same, whether you make one or twenty.

One 1-litre pack makes twenty chai lattes. This tray holds six packs. Store unopened packs in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 7 days.
