Blommers Coffee Roasters was founded in 2013 in Nijmegen, born from a deep passion for quality and community. Since then, our team has grown, but our roots remain firmly anchored in the local coffee scene, where many of us first met.
Our approach to roasting is precise and intentional. We continuously refine our methods to bring out the full potential of each coffee. This dedication results in vibrant, nuanced flavors that offer an authentic experience, whether enjoyed in cafes, restaurants, or at home.
Beyond sourcing and roasting, we’re engaged in meaningful projects like coffee by sail and agroforestry, which support biodiversity, soil health, and income diversity for farmers. We believe in sharing knowledge and advancing sustainable practices in partnership with our community.
Our commitment to excellence has earned us recognition in national and international competitions, with recent wins in the Dutch Brewers Cup and Cup Tasters.
