Tarazzú - Costa Rica coffee beans
It's a mixture of small farmers from the high mountains of the Tarazzú region in the southern Pacific area of Costa Rica. The Tarrazú climate is characterised by two well-defined seasons; a rainy season (May through November) and a dry season (December through April). This encourages uniform coffee blossoming. The fertile, volcanic soil is perfect for agriculture and smallholders grow bananas, avocados, citrus fruits and of course coffee
Costa Rica Saints
In this area lots of villages have names beginning with 'San' which means 'Saint' in English. The same applies even to the capital, 'San Jose'. That's why this coffee is named Saints.

You can expect a soft and creamy cup with vibrant acidity which reminds us of Clementines and long and lingering caramel and chocolate- like finish
