Rwanda - Isimbi (Washed)

Rwanda - Isimbi, Bourbon (Washed)
It’s back! A fresh and delicious Rwanda. And you know… when Rwanda arrives, a lot of other origins will follow.
The name Isimbi is inspired by the white peak of the volcano Kinyarwanda. It’s a blend of the harvest from several small holders in the area who carefully pick their cherries by hand. Only the perfectly ripe cherries will be taken into process. The cherries are pulped, fermented to remove mucilage and then separated into three density levels. Then the coffee is washed and dried on raised African drying beds.
We picked this coffee because of its high sweetness and the classic representation of origin. So you can expect a sweet, floral and fruity cup with a soft and milky texture.
