This coffee is produced by Eliceo Mendoza, better known as Don Cheo, at his farm named Finca Las 3E. He named his farm Finca Las 3E, because the names of all his family members start with the letter E.
Don Cheo’s farm is located at an altitude between 1600 and 1700 meters in the famous Volcan Baru region. He cultivates the varieties Caturra and Catuaï and uses fully washed processing method. Year after year he produces beautiful, high quality washed coffees with a sweet, chocolaty and floral profile.
We picked this coffee because of its smooth and comfy character. The softness in combination with chocolate and florals makes this coffee easy to drink and super delicious. In our roastery we try to highlight the round body and creaminess, while remaining some bright and floral acidity.
