As a true pioneer in high quality chocolate making, Mark Schimmel - founder of Krak Chocolade - gives us the opportunity to experience chocolate bars as they should be. He started his journey as a pastry chef and patissier at Michelin star awarded restaurants. His fascination for chocolate grew until he decided to start Krak in 2013. 

After an impressive collection of amazing pure chocolate bars he developed a milk chocolate bar. And to be honest; who doesn’t like that easy to eat and delicious milk chocolate? But this one is from another level.

Flavor profile 

You will experience an amazing creamy chocolate with a nice long finish, with high quality cacao flavours. Don't expect harsh, roasty and bitter notes you are familiar with from the big brands, but expect a nutty and gentle fruity flavour with a neverending smooth finish. 

The cacao Mark used for this bar comes from the breathtaking mountain range Sierra Nevada in Colombia. The cacao producers in this area work with modern fermentation and drying techniques, and dare to take some risks to develop better cultivation- and growing techniques. This makes this cacao from this region unique and delicious.
