This coffee jumped of the cupping table!
It’s a Caturra lot from Finca Colombia produced by Catalina. Catalina is constantly questioning her techniques to improve quality. The combination of hard work, improvement and a beautiful terroir results in excellent coffees.
Finca Colombia is located in the Antioquia region, where coffee was first introduced to Colombia more than 180 years ago. The micro-terroirs in this region offers interesting diversity of cultivated varieties. The farm has a surface area of 52.3 hectares at altitudes between 1650 m. to 1930 m.
After the careful selection of ripe cherries the cherries are homogeneous dried in a parabolic ‘’greenhouse’’. The result is a syrupy, intense and sweet coffee!
