This coffee is produced by Mustafa Mohammed Ali. His farm named Botto-Village and is located in south Jimma, in the Goma district. Mohammed Ali is running his business according to family tradition, following in the footsteps of his father. The Mohamed Ali family has a long coffee production history, in the 1950’s they sold their first harvest to the Yemeni traders. Mohammed began managing the plots in the 1980’s and work hard to maintain his beautiful and unique legacy. He works on small plots of land, with the aim of preserving specimens from wild coffee trees and producing quality coffee. The honey processing makes this coffee sweet like a natural but at the same time clean and vibrant like a washed. We really love this coffee because of his smooth and silky body. It is floral, honey-like, packed full of peach and apricot with a lemon-like finish.
