Ethiopia - Duromina

We are so excited to share our first washed Ethiopia of the season with you! This is a very delicious and outstanding coffee with a unique and delicate flavour profile. 

It comes from the beautiful forests on the high mountains of the Agaro area which is located in the better known Jimma region. 

The washing station Duromina works with a big group of small farmers and aims for a growth of sustainability and quality in the west. They offer an eco-friendly washing station with a recyclable water system, offer training programs to the farmers and implement a traceability system.  The quality control and processing of the coffee  is done with utmost precision and professionalism. 

This amazingly complex and delicate coffee will offer you the true taste of Ethiopia. You can expect a very floral driven profile with stonefruits, black tea, citrus and tons of sweetness. We roast this coffee fairly light to enhance the delicacy and sparkling acidity.
