This blend consists of a selection of arabica beans from Brazil and Ethiopia.
The Brazilian coffee has a Pupled Natural processing method and is low in acidity and has a full body. Taste tones of nuts and chocolate predominate. The Ethiopian coffee is washed and balances the Brazil with fruity and floral notes. This blend is delicious as an espresso and at the same time delicious with milk based drinks.
For a semi-automatic machine, we recommend a dosage of 19.5 grams per 40 grams of espresso (double shot) with a extraction time of 26-28 seconds.
