The professional approach from Tarcizio Aldo Zugliani results year after year in a high quality coffee. This coffee has a classic cupping profile with soft acidity, almond, milk chocolate and plum. Tarcizio has been working hard since 1993 to professionalize his farm. He invests in new, dry patios, new mechanical dryers and several other process improvements.
By planting new coffee plots he is making sure the productivity and quality of the farm is staying healthy. The cherries are mechanically removed from the tree by a machine who vibrates the coffee tree. Only the ripe cherries will fall off and land on the cotton cloths to make sure it is not falling on the ground. Then the cherries are washed, pulped and dried on the patios. The coffees from this farm are stored and distributed by the warehouse Cocarive.
