Returns

You're not completely satisfied with your order? Returns are with us no problem. Follow the steps below to process your return:

Give within 14 days of receipt of your order by what you wants to send return. This can be done by sending an e-mail to info@blommers.coffee. We will email a confirmation to you and then have you again 14 days to actually return to send your return.

As soon as we have received your return will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive a confirmation of receipt, along with the credit memo. Once it has been processed you will receive the purchase price will be refunded in the same manner you have paid: within 5 days after the processing of the return and at the latest within 14 days of the notification of the return. If you return the entire order, you will receive also the shipping cost of the order back on your account, with the exception of any additional costs as a result of your choice for a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery provided by us. The return shipment will be processed only if the products are in good condition, this means that you as a consumer are liable for impairment by use of the product that go beyond what is necessary to the nature, characteristics and operation of the product review. Please note! Bags of coffee can not be returned.

You can send your return with PostNL or any other transport company. We advise you to send back the return shipment with a track & trace code.

(Note! Without proof of dispatch with track & trace code be lost shipments will not be refunded. Sending regular mail is always at the risk of the sender)

Do you want to exchange your product? That's not a problem. You can contact info@blommers.coffee. Do wear your own costs for return of the product.
